The world biggest competition of football in the world is “FIFA World Cup”. It is organized by FIFA (Fédération international de Football Association) from 1930 to present. At present will be hold on 22th FIFA World Cup competition-2022 in Qatar from 21 November to 18 December 2022.

Already the schedule of 22th FIFA World Cup competition-2022 was confirmed by FIFA on 15 July 2020. This competition will continue until 28 days. The opening match will be hold on 21 November 2022 at 01:00 pm in local time (04:00 pm in BD time and 10:00 pm in GMT)  in Al Thumama Stadium, Doha, Qatar and The finial match will be hold on 18 December 2022 at 06:00 pm in local time (09:00 pm in BD time and 03:00 am at 19 December 2022 in GMT)  in Lusail Stadium, Lusail, Qatar.

The opening match will be hold between Senegal and Netherlands. the hosts Qatar will be played their first match with Ecuador at the Al Bayt Stadium in Doha of Qatar On 21 November 2022. The third-place match will be played on 17 December 2022 at 06:00 pm in local time (09:00 pm in BD time and 03:00 am at 19 December 2022 in GMT) in the Khalifa International Stadium, Al Rayyan, Qatar.

This is the first World Cup ever to be held in the Arab world, and the second World Cup held entirely in Asia after 2002 which was arranged in South Korea and Japan and Brazil was the finalist in those tournament. The defending  champions is France in FIFA World Cup.

Qualified Team And Group

In this tournament 32 teams were qualified for this competition. The teams were divided in eight group which is group- A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H. Each group has four team and they will play with each other in group stage. Wales, Australia and Costa Rica are qualified after all.

Group -A: Qatar, Ecuador, Senegal, Netherlands.

Group- B: England, Iran, United States, Wales.

Group -C: Argentina, Saudi Arabia, Mexico, Poland

Group -D: France, Australia, Denmark, Tunisia
